I was making brownies yesterday and before I knew it I was on fire–and I don’t mean “on fire” like the time I had two tequilas at a karaoke bar and sang half an Aerosmith song before wandering off to look for my shoes; I mean actual flames.
It happened so fast. I was trying to light the burner, and all of a sudden blue and red air was wicking up my arm and Scott was yelling “Oh my God, what are you doing?” and I was yelling “OH I’M SORRY; I PLANNED THIS BUT IF MY FLAMING LIMB IS INCONVENIENCING YOU I GUESS I’LL PUT IT OUT.”
Here’s the deal: my arms have lots of little hairs on them. And since fire loves a hairy arm like it loves a dry forest floor, I was bound to ignite sooner or later.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Everyone is always looking for a new way to cook chicken. Stephanie and Tony Tantillo have a recipe with the flavors of the Mediterranean that you just may want to try.
Lemon & Caper Chicken
2 rosemary stalks
1 lemon sliced
1 garlic clove
2 chicken breasts, pounded thin
½ cup stock
3 oz olive oil
1 tbsp caper
8 cured black olives
Season chicken in a pan heat up the oil with garlic, and a few lemon slices.
Once the garlic begins to soften, add in chicken and cook on both sides for about 8 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, add in fresh lemon slices and discard the old ones.
Before serving, add in rosemary stalks, and top with olives.

Baked Chicken Taquitos – Very Culinary, already had these, they are great
Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps – Damn Delicious
Chicken Parmesan Dippers – Reservation for Two, must serve with marinara
Chicken Dish – Source Unknown – Spray a pan, green beans on one side, red potatoes on the other, chicken breasts in the middle. Pour a little melted butter over the top and a packet of italian seasoning (by the ranch seasoning at the store). Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup – doesn’t get old when it’s freezing outside!
Egg & Cheese Bagels – half of a toasted bagel, slice of cheese, over easy egg on top
